Only the die hard Velvet Fog members made it on Boxing Day--Mark, Bigo, Rob, Kari, Iain, Parmjeet and Bruce. Parmjeet succumbed to a groin injury but Bruce was able to sub in for her so we were able to continue our 3-on-3 game.

Mark discovered the disadvantage of arriving on time (too early) by locking his keys in his car. We took immediate action and went to Iain's and Parmjeet's for the Chelsea v. Villa match before calling AAA and heading back to the Presidio.

AAA proved why they are America's leading emergency road service by arriving about 5 minutes after we did and getting Mark's door unlocked in less than a minute.

The tow truck driver suggests practicing with the slim jim in warmer weather. Mark suggests you all go and find those little plastic keys the dealer gives you and put them in your wallet immediately. Turns out they're very uesful.
